I made a payment of $520USD for a Dell M2010 laptop to a man called Zhi Cheng Weng of Shoes-8 Trading Co., Ltd through moneygram. They provided me with a tracking number, however, it has not been working for a week. I acknowledged the company of the situation, but they have been been ignoring all my efforts. Please what help can you give me.

This company is a big scam. They communicate for days reassuring the person sending money, then when the item arrives, it is not what was ordered, it was an old and broken piece of rubbish. These people have no morals.

I payed 700$ for an dell m1710 notebook, but they send me an used compaq armada 1592dmt, it is a very old laptop, and it is not even working, and they only send me the laptop without anything else.Now i have talkt to them, but they say that they have send my the dell laptop,and they don't know whats wrong with the shippment, and it is very difficult giving me my money back, but i can get a discoundt with my next order..THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM!! and i have just wasted 700$ on nothing.
