Respected Sir, We have been cheated and are a victim of fraud, by one of the registered company in your country, by the name of Nanjing Weicai Textile Co, Ltd, located in We had placed ordered with this company through Sales Person Ms. Selina, for the following items; 1. 100% Ring Spun Viscose yarn 30s/1 @ USD $2.75/KG Raw White 2. 100% Ring Spun Viscose yarn 40s/1 @ USD $2.95/KG, Raw white Proforma Invoice No: WCT13012204, Invoice dated: 22nd January 2013, for total quantity 15000 KGS with total value of USD $42750/- dollars, was issued in this regard. Later on, an irrevocable L/C (letter of Credit) was opened by our company, with L/C no: L/C/01/042/2924, dated 12/02/13 in favor of the supplier for the shipment of agreed goods to my destination port of Karachi, Pakistan. so that they can ship us goods on time with agreed quality However, once the goods arrived at my warehouse, I have found them to be defective and incorrect of what I actually placed order for. The supplier cheated me and sent wrong goods which were; Polyester/Cotton and wool blended yarn with 4000+ denier and poor packing and less weight. I approached supplier regarding this issue, to which he reacted surprisingly that he didn’t knew about it. Later on the supplier kept on delaying the issue by asking for more time to sort out this matter. But until now he has not given me any credible answer. Additionally, the supplier later on closed down the email and phone numbers through which he communicated earlier with us regularly when we placed this order. We are now sure that the supplier has cheated us and made fraud. We now request your kind authority to kindly investigate this matter and refund our money from this company. Furthermore we also request your competent authority to cancel the license of Nanjing Weicai Textile Co.,Ltd and bring these culprits to law, so in future they shall not cheat/fraud again and put a bad name to the trade and business relations between China and Pakistan.
