Dear Sirs,
Sadly, I have been scammed by one of your members who now refuses to reply my constant e-mails, please see proof attachments. Everything is in the attachments, I could not attach the proof payment that I did through \"western union\", but if you wish I can attach by a provided e-mail, when I upload it says that the attachment is above 1MB.
Could you please see into my problem, please. I would like to know if my order ever reached EMS services? How can I claim for a refund? What should I do next? What are the following procedures?

Hi this company take the payment like 2 weeks ago and I still waiting for the goods please can you help me with this problem also they give me a ems tracking number but this number its no correctly so please can you contact this company and let me know what is happen thanks!!!

Hello I effected the purchase of five video games and 2 3 XBOX Elite PS3, make a payment but not sent me the products, my contact was with Ms. Agnes who disappeared after receiving the payment and did not answer my emails more.

i paid 280 US dollars for an Apple ipad , contacting with Ms. Cheng. She promised i can receive the goods in 7 days, but i get nothing at all. Please help me get my money back or my goods!!! I found their telephone on their webpage and talked to this number 187-60538655.
