Reaction for Poorly packaged, broken items, never arrived

Ordered over 30 scooters before Christmas, over 15 of the scooters never delivered to customers. Opened dispute with PayPal. Manufacturer lied about tracking numbers, some money was refunded through paypal, most was not. I thought I had worked out agreement with manufacturer, but several times they were dishonest. They did refund for 11 scooters that never delivered. My eBay business was shut down because of complaints of scooters that arrived broken or never delivered. The company stated they have an after purchase repair site in the US. They still have this on their website: Tranylaca: 1611s Catalina Ave. St. 105, Redondo Beach, CA - When customers had complaints and wanted warranty honored I was told there were so many broken scooters shipped (because of poor packaging) that the site was closed. Instead, for scooters that never worked, customers were required to purchase the parts for self repair. I lost over $2000 with this company. Stay away. Was dealing with Lily and made Western Union payments to Jie Fang. These documents are a tiny bit of the frustration I have dealt with. HORRIBLE COMPANY DON\\\'T TRUST!!!
