Observation for web site no longer working, paid for good that i have not received

i ordered from this company over2 months ago.
paid for my goods via western union, which i thought strange, but went ahead and paid for the goods, my order was as follows
HTC S620 70
Blackberry 8320 90
GHD MK4 24
TomTom GO 730T 30
iPod nano4 (16GB) 60
Sub total 274 USD (5% discount)
Total 260USD
as mentioned 2 months on and still no goods and i am not able to contact them.
i had been dealing with a lady called Lina, who went off for studies, then i had contact with Tim, then finally a lady called Nancy.

Ordered (2) Nikon 90 Digital Camera Kits @ total of $618.00 from Lina on MSN. She promised to ship on DHL. Told me held up in customs until Friday 10/23. She supplies DHL Tracking number. Number does not exist. Spoke to a TIM and he promised me shipping on Sat 10/24. I send email daily asking for resolution of problem and where is my shipment. Tim supplies Tracking Number EE078153021CN WHICH SHOWS SHIPMENT ON 10/27. Received shipment today 11/02 only to find wrong product (Rolex Watch). I immediately sent email explaining situation. After payment they were no longer available on MSN IM.
