We ordered one HAL-17C, 17 inch LCD advertising player, as a sample to check first the quality of the products. The transaction was excellent, unfortunatly the product had some defects:
1. PAL mode is not working correctly (the displayed image moves to the right)
2. stripes appear on the screen, if we lower the brightnes and contrast
3. some keys on the remote control are not working
Much to my regret the company will not fulfil my guarantee claim and gives no feedback.
