I ordered products from the above company advertised on their website. I received a proforma invoice from them confirming my order and transferred the funds to them as requested. on closer inspection i found that they have disguised the products by covering the true specs of the products with stickers. I ordered sd cards and usb flash drives from them. the put sub standard and old stock in the ordered stock packaging! I delt with Merry Zheng. I notified them of the situation and they said they would refund but are ignoring me now.

Good day Tradekey I ordered 5 x 64Gb Kingston flash drives, 1 X 16Gb sony pro duo memory stic and 1 X 2Gb Camera pen from this supplier. Total of purchase was USD245. Contact person: Jacket and Merry I made payment on 15 October 2008. I have been trying to communicate with the supplier since then and have not received any answers to any of my questions. I also later phoned Kingston international sales and they stated that they do not manufacture 64Gb or even 32Gb Flash Drives. Hi, my name is Jose Luis Rodriguez and I\'m a buyer from Mexico. A mpnth ago I found a company offering me the products I usually buy from china. The company appears as Shenzhen Dongan Trading Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Yi Er Industry Ltd. and they\'re Gold Supplier on ALIBABA.COM and GoldKey Member on TRADEKEY.COM. Also, they are members on GlobalSources.com as Monday International Trade Company Limited Company. I contact to Mrs. Helen from the company who offer me a very good price on DSTT cards and I decide to buy from them 50 pieces DSTT Cards so I make the payment on august 9th saturday. I include in the payment a plus $45usd for DHL shipping so I get my goods faster. The total payment I make was $770 usd (50 DSTT = $725 + DHL Shipping $45. My problems begin when I found that Mrs. Helen didn\'t use the $45usd for DHL so she send my goods on normal shipping EMS, since that day on, I hane not receive yet any answer from her, I have about 7 sellers on MSN from the company and anyone has giving me an answer and even a couple of they tells me that they don\'t know Mrs. Helen. I\'been trying to contact all the guys in the company on MSN that actually appears online but nobody has given me an answer. I really need you to help me to get back my money. I send you the a copy of the payment receipt I send them and the tracking number they send me too, so you can check I don\'t have my goods yet and the payment has benn done more than 2 weeks ago and the mail Mrs. Helen send me with the payment information. I also have all the MSN conversation files with all the crew of the company if you need it. I already send the forms for every website for Fraud report and Trade Dispute Procedures.
