Remark for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

After all the communication I had via emails when he sent me the tracking number, I started to follow it and then on April 15th when I checked it the information said that the items were already delivered but I hadn't received anything. I contacted the post office and when they checked that tracking number thay told me that that package had been delivered in Puerto Rico and it was for another person: J. Martinez. In that moment I realized that they had commited fraud on me. I am very disappointed because I had been dealing with different suppliers and it has always been a good experience. I would like you to really suspend this supplier from your page and try to make him return my money or send me the items.

Don't ever buy from this firm they take your money and you never hear from them again...... I live in the uk and the tracking number they gave me was for a parcel that went to Australia...... When I emailed for a explanation several times..... I got no reply........ Stay away there CON ARTISTS

This person is a complete scammer. They stole a real company's name and advertise a fake phone # and fake location.
I ordered 10 x Xbox 360 250 gb with kinect. I received a no name brand game controller for pc. I have also included a company verification. If you people actually verified location & phone of these suppliers then you'd find out most of these don't even exist.

Report for customer service

I don't know how other people run their businesses but I need fast service and a good customer support. I got neither from this company. They were eager when it came to purchasing but when I needed to track my shipment or ask a question I was ignored. I have been waiting over a week for a simple shipment of camera parts and nothing yet..no help...no tracking number....nothing.
Do business with someone else...these guys are a joke

soon after i paid $150 w.u for an iphone
they gave me a tracking number of another package & destination - to australia
i'm located in israel
& never responded anymore to my emails, msn
their phones are not working
they are just crooks!!!!!!
be carefull all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
