Shenyang Jichang Imp. & Exp. Corp Ltd reviews

We ordered and paid for a number of samples in August 2007. The orders and bank confirmation receipt are attached. The supplier also cofirmed payment. We were promised delivery on a number of occasion commencing in September and revised to October, November and December. Willy See (CEO of the company) is very difficult to contact - he does not reply to phone calls, msn or emails. On our last attempt to phone him the phones appeared to be disconnected. He promised if he couldn't deliver in early December to refund our money which we have requested and have received no response.
