We have singed purchase order with company stamp from the supplier. They had to provide certificate for the goods after 7 days from order date. They have not done so, and we found out that they do not have the ability to supply the goods certified, as is legally required.
We approach them to find a solution, but they do not want to do their obligation. Finally they agreed to pay for certificate, and they issued singed stamp order for this too- but then refuse to pay, as per the agreement.
We are stuck, the goods are shipped, and we need this company to fulfil its legal obligation- we ask for nothing more.
Please can you assist us. They are damaging the reputation of your website, and for China suppliers.
