-Name of person you dealt with:- vgm.vitoy (WAY-ONSPORTS 汇澳体育 副总 袁) <[email protected]> -How long it took to complete the transaction, amount of transaction, quality of the products etc:- It took some 5 months from initial contact. We asked for assurances and digital proofs were supplied by Vitoy showing the glow pattern on the balls. We gave authority for our brand logo to be used on the glow in the dark balls. see attached digital proof -A brief description of the events that transpired:- After many email discussion and assurance we paid upfront for the balls. These balls were delivered to Shanghai port. These balls were photographed & checked during daylight hours. Toll United delivered them & distributed them to 3 stores in NZ. Within days we had received many complaints that the balls did not glow. We went back to Vitoy for a resolution but he has not replied to our numerous attempts for resolution and compensation.
