Observation for FRAUD

I would like to report fraud with this company. I paid $325 and was supposed to receive twenty wii game systems then pay $325 after shipment was received. I was told shipment would come FEDEX in three days, but it was shipped EMS. I was given a tracking number of EE362645596CN and I tracked shipment to Winterspring Florida. Before I made payment Alex was emailing me constantly. After shipment did not come to me but went to Florida, Alex has not returned any emails concerning shipment so I feel as though I have been intentionally defrauded. Please assist me with this problem. This is one of your "GOLD KEY" members. What do we do if we can not trust GOLD KEY? I paid my money on 3/29 and was supposed to receive shipment on the 4th. Shipment was delivered in Florida on 3/6 thank you Vickie Davnport E-Shoppe
