Dear Enterpreneurs Beware of SHANDONG YAGI LATEX TECHNOLOGY! I am an Import Specialist in an European company that sells own-branded condoms. I had a chance to cooperate with SHANDONG YAGI LATEX TECHNOLOGY as we were changing the supplier. I alert you to that company. We experienced severe losses owing to their manipulations and lack of competencies. This comment is to warn you. Before placing an order the Chinese manufacturer ensured us that he was able to meet our requirements, product specifications and applicable prices. After choosing that supplier and paying a deposit the problems have started. 1. We received the initial samples that turned out to be someone else\\\'s order. The contact person from SHANDONG YAGI LATEX TECHNOLOGY simply said that an employee had do make a mistake. 2. After 3 weeks we received the final samples that contained a range of mistakes: a)the size of the foil wrapper was 55x55mm despite the fact that the size 57x57mm was specified in the order and all documents. The manufacturer said that they simply can not produce bigger sizes. They do not have such technology. Furthermore, when we received those samples it turned out they had already produced the whole our order so there is no possibility of changing anything. What was the point of sending the samples for approval then? b)the condoms were not lubricated properly (based on the samples we received from them before the order). The supplier kept saying the lubricant takes 3 weeks to leak and spread on the whole condom. From that time 2 months have passed and the lubricant is spread only 60%. The contact person from SHANDONG YAGI LATEX TECHNOLOGY simply said the ISO standards do not specify lubrication leakage so it is not their problem. c) 8 out of 100 samples we received the second time had black marks and stains, which is unacceptable according to ISO standards. We believe SHANDONG YAGI LATEX TECHNOLOGY aims to catch a client and deliver poor quality products and services later on. Due to the quality standards we keep in our company we are unable to sell those products. All the negotiations and suggestions from our side did not meet their cooperation. They kept offering 3% discount, which we all know is a standard game of a producer.
