Evaluation for Faulty Goods

I recently purchased two nokia mobile phones from sellbrandnet and they are not what was expected by me. The phones appear to be secondhand/used and don't have all the correct buttons on the phones.
I would like to send the phones back to sellbrandnet and get a full refund for the them. I have attached all the communication by emails that I have had with sellbrandnet and although i can't attached it to this complaint i have the receipt for a Western Union money transfer as evidence that I have sent the money. REF No: 3193223597. MTCN: 3193223597. The total amount sent was $532.10
Can you please respond as to what action i can take to getting a full refund of my money.

as you fail to act and remove companies which are fraud related i will no loner be using your website-your company has a resposibility to act. and as a result i will inform all of my business freinds of your total lack of respect!!! and advise them not to go near your website or deal at all with your company
