I sent them money twice for products I never received. It was over AUD $1000. After the first order didnt arrive I contacted them and they apologised and guaranteed they would send it to me that day if I sent more money, silly me did. After repeatedly trying to email them after my second payment they finally got back to me saying that i have to fly to his factory in china.
