Critique for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

\'S.B.F import and export\' wanted to be ordered at least 5,000 USD. So, I ordered 5,103 USD. I transfered the half first and transfered the balance when they informed me that my packages were ready to be shipped. After they confirmed the balance was transfered to their account, they sent me an email for asking to increase my order to 20,000 USD on the plea of their margin profit. And they said that they would refund if I wanted. I started to doubt their business trust at that time and I asked them to refund. I\'m awaiting about 3 weeks but I cannot confirm any transfer from them. And they are avoiding my email and phone calls.
