I was dealing with a lady name Christina. I started my transaction on August 3, 2008. The transaction amount was 278.00 plus the 14.00 the quality was ok. I never received all my items. I received 1 item out of the five I bought. She has been promising a refund since the middle of August nothing yet. Now she states the company has filed bankrupt. I have attached a copy of all her emails.

Reaction for Problems with supply and return of money

I paid this company £2000 British pounds and they have told me they are unable to supply my ordered goods. Instead I ordered alternatives from them which they say now they are also unable to supply. Now they are failing to return my money!

Critique for Fraud by this company

I have ordered a sample of one Playstation 3 and one PSP and after many problems and promises they delivered only PSP cost $50 and not Playstation 3 which was $205 and now they are not responding to emails or any communication. I am not happy at all. I would like to initiate dispute.I can enclose latest email when they admit sending wrong order

we had agreed on a deal that he would sell me authentic iphones and I would pay 180 for each on an order of 20. He said I could pay for half up front and the other half upon arrival. He took two weeks to send them and only sent three phones and they were immitations not authentic likely we had clearly agreed. So then he says he doesn't have any more phones in stock and I am practically forced to order purses. So he says he has both authentic and immitation purses and I tell him I want authentic purses not immitation and he sells me them at $120 each. They finally arrive and they are ugly, cheap purses that I wouldn't have even paid $20 for. This was a horrible experience and I am not affraid to deal with anyone on this site. I was dealing with a man named Kejack.
