Opinion for SCAM ALERT

This company claimed to have Canon Digital Camera Lenses and after paying over $1,200 for a lens they shipped me a plastic lens that cost abotu $30. They will not return any of my emails of messages.
I ordered and paid for a Canon EF 800mm USM IS lens and they sent the lens in the attached images. This is a SCAM

Critique for Tnis company cheated me

This company was Tocis Trading Co., Ltd. I even spoke with Vivion on the phone. He told me to go to the website www.hobotrade.com. I wired them money on 9/29/09. They kept making excuses about the holiday. This is the 2nd company that has done this to me...the other is Xiamen Taike. You have done nothing to help get my money back.
Do something...you should be held legally responsible for not contacting these people. All you do is deduct points.
