Though this company are very good at saying they can and will do all that you ask, once they have received the money they did not deliver as agreed in my case.
I dealt with both Gaga Green and Jay Smith. The contract was not fulfilled and they did not give acknowledgment and apology for their errors, further they refused to refund the money paid for the items they did not send.
I find them to be dishonest.
Errors can be made and that is acceptable if the after care is adequate. I do not accept that the incorrect order was due to error but fraud, as if it were due to error, they would have attempted to correct it.
