OUR POSITION:- We are authorised facilitator of the seller side and our seller will not pay to any buyer side chain. Buyer side chain has to protect themselves with the buyer directly. We do not need your buyer NCNDA/IMFPA to protect us, as we already protected with the SELLER.

ICPO/LOI :- It is upto your buyer that he will come with ICPO or LOI. It should be cleared state that what he is looking to the seller. It should be issue to seller and attention to him directly via Representative. Both end names are in the offer attached

PRICES:- It is Platt minus 07 percent. Suppose today's price is 766 dollars per metric tons where we are offering 716 dollars per metric tons. It is 50 (Fifty) dollars less from the market price. Seller will only take from your buyer the price, without including the commission like other gives gross and net.

POP:- Partial POP will be given after the draft contract and readiness letter. Soft pop which will be given to you buyer will be a paper by bank to bank directly from the refinery. it will not the SGS REPORT / DIPTEST ***** We are working with the PRODUCTION LINE. Where you can find that on the refinery letter head the partial pop.

READINESS LETTER:- It is just a single paper letter to be sent to the seller bank which said we buyer bank are already and willing to send the money to you seller bank after receiving the Partial POP.

COMMISSION:- As I already informed you that we are not looking for protection. We will be paid from the price your buyer will give.

SPOT/CONTRACT:- We do only CONTRACT CIF not FOB.

D2:- Yes we have this product to be delivered, min 100k to one million.

JP54:- No we are not offering you this product.

Mazut100-99:- Yes we have this product to be delivered, min 100k to one million.

ABOUT SELLER: They are Authorised from the 08 (Eight) Refineries to provide you the Partial POP directly from the refineries itself before having money or swift money. They only need to see the financial capabilities.

BANK FINANCIAL:- If your buyer will not able to have the bank letter head it, then we will consider the buyer letter head where bank will stamped and signed by their officers and their details.

2: Seller will issue Draft Contract.
3: Buyer and Seller will negotiate on this stage and submit in their banks.
4: Buyer will swift the Readiness letter to seller bank.
5: Seller will forward from his bank a Verifiable Soft POP along 2% performance Bond.
6: Buyer will issue IRDLC
