Feedback for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

i made an order through the website www.estore2005.com. I received an email by IVOR LIANG to confirm my order and i paid by money gram 200.28usd to mr IVOR LIANG and send him by email the money gram code 80547623 at 27/1/12. He replied he will send the goods asap and has dissapeared ever since, hasnt sent the tracking number and doesnt reply to my emails or the phone.
