Feedback for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I made a payment to this company on the 17/08. they replied me and said that they have got the money and that they will send out the goods to me. Its been 2 weeks now and i didnt get anything from them and also on their tradekey site it says that you can get the goods in 2 to 4 days. and for me its been 2 weeks. i am not happy and i am sending them emails and they are not replying to my emails
