Opinion for Stolen money - no refund as promised

After we did our research and visited Londen for an appointment with the owners of Readers Paradise Collection, we decided to do business with them. The owner, Mr Santosh Benjamin was VERY persistent about half payment upfront. After numerous emails/phone calls to the UK we got feedback maybe once in 2 weeks.
We told the owner and his wife that we would like to cancel the container because of lack of shipment. Every week they wanted us to "wait a few more days". Mr Benjamin was keen to pay our money back asap. We lost contracts and a lot of other business because of Readers Paradise Collection's lack to deliver our container in time.
We have NOT received our money back as Mr. Benjamin promised. Suddenly, they do not answer phones of emails.
Please beware of this company. We did our research and found out that they own money to other companies as well.
We now must close our business at the end of the month - we needed the money we've already paid them for our 20ft container of books.
