Critique for faulty infrared heating panel

We bought 55 white glass fronted infrared heating panel from rainboworks and after 20 hours of each panel being on they are all getting brown stains on them appearing from behind the glass.The fault has been confirmed from there sales agent Derrick Young from the factory as cheap glue behind the glass burning brown.(Derrick now tell us that he has been sacked) We are now having problems getting a response from the manufacturers,as we would like all our money back plus duty and tax .We have now got 55 panel which we cannot sell.
