We placed a small order for a mixture of original HP toners and ink cartridges. They arrived. We thought that everything looked fine, until it was brought to our attention that the ink cartridges were only half full of ink and that they were not original cartridges, but fakes. We were advised by an expert in these matters in the UK how to detect a fake HP cartridge from an original. We then checked our toners and discovered that, according to the criteria, they were also fake. We then cancelled the second order which we had placed. The remains of the sample order we will be sending to HP for a final analysis. We dealt with Jean Zou of Rainbow/Rainbang. We paid via Paypal for security. We are very disappointed as this is our first experience with Tradekey.
