														I wired payment to this company on 3/5/2009.  I was given an invoice and contact numbers, I was dealing with Mandy.  I was also given a fedex tracking number.  After 5 days and receiving no goods I contacted Mandy and she told me my goods were taken by China Customs. I have not received any supporting documentation that my goods have been taken by China Customs.  Mandy advised she would let me know what happens and I have not heard since.  I have contacted her several times via e-mail and no replies.  This was 7 working days ago.   I have tried calling the phone number on the invoice but it appears that this is a fax number.  I'm not sure if my scanned documentation will be ok but I can e-mail as attachments if required.  Regards, Stacey Peters.

														Hi,  I have been dealing with Ellen from this company - I have just noticed that on my invoice they have listed their company as Foxkey Apparel, not Quess.  I ordered Roxy products from her, the amount was 185US this was a sample order.  I made payment on the 13th of October by Western Union.  Ellen confirmed that she had received payment and that she would advise a tracking number.  Since then she has not responded to any further emals when I have tried to follow this up with her.  I was told I would have the goods in 5-7 days, which I havent.  I have called DHL, the carrier that she claimed she would use and they have no record of such a parcel being sent.  I have attached all email correspondance with Ellen and the invoice as well.  I can attach a copy of my western union receipt, pls let me know if u need this as I will need to find access to a scanner, but I can do it if this would help.  Can you please advise what action I can take or what action you are taking.
