Response for Fraud and theft

About a month ago, I place an order with this company. The order consisted of nike and air jordan shoes. Both myself and the seller emailed back and forth until the order was completed. The communication with the seller was great and seemed to be going very smooth. I then sent the money for the goods to the sellers paypal account. The amount that was sent was about $250.00. The seller sent me a tracking number and it seemed at that point everything was going great. But then, the goods arrived at my home and when I opened the package it was all wrong. I thought at that moment the seller must have sent me the wrong items. I contacted the seller immediatly to try and correct what I thought was an error. After several emails to the seller, I didn't get a responce at all. I then filed a claim with paypal. They sent emails to the seller to try to get him to respond, but nothing. It turned out that I couldn't get my money back through paypal because they don't cover a seller to buyer transaction. I decide to use the seller because of them being a member of tradekey. I am reaching out to you to see if you can assist with getting my money back. I, in good faith, place an order with the seller in hopes of receiving what I ordered. Instead he sent me something totally incorrect. All I want is to return his items to him and he return my money. Attached is a copy of the information that I have remaining from the transaction. Please assist me in this matter and also I feel that this seller should be banned from operating under the Tradekey name. The persons name that I was dealing with is Ellen (no last name was given). I have several emails that I am unable to attach, but if you can provided an email address I will forward all emails sent and received between myself and Ellen.

I received my goods the iphones as promised. which for me is a big thing. I am stil waiting to see if my products are actually genuine and are with the warranty from apple because I cant see one.
The good thing is tht they did business with politeness
