Critique for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I am a importer from pakistan, and have done bussines with a number of company contacted through tradekey. I trusted this company since it was a registered company trusted by tradekey, but they have cheated me and are not answering their telephone or my emails. i wish to file a case against them for commiting a fraud.Since trakekey is a trusted partner they have also spoilt the image of tradekey and have used the reliability of trakekey to cheat me.
