Opinion for Fraudulent Standards Certificate

I own All 4 Bubs in Australia. We purchased 2 40ft containers from Nashow of cots. They supplied us with a Standards Certificate which when the cots were tested in Australia were proved to not comply & we were forced by the Australian Government to recall all cots & refund all customers. Steven Han from Nashow promised a refund 6 months ago but has still not paid.
