Comment for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

This company agreed to supply me with epoxy resin with a 50% down payment and 25% at BL and 50% at arrival. I paid the deposit then 7 days later emailed me to say goods were ready but if I wanted good they needed to be paid for in full. I said no but after BL I will pay in full. No correspondence for a while then they said goods could not be shipped due to lcl. I hence found my own shipper. They then said that they would not ship then until full payment was made. I then organised Asiainspect to conduct and view goods before payment which they cancelled. The reason why I am sure is that there are no goods and this company are fraudsters.
