Rating for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

supplier contacted me through Tradekey on 15-6-15, after finalizing terms, i visited them on 28-10-15, made advance on 30-10-15, they dispatched material and copy of documents and loading pictures sent to me by email, i made balance payment and advance for further order. I received first shipment of 2fcl with some bags of mud on 31-12-2015. They stopped replying my emails. amount paid as first advance USD 7360.00 balance paid USD 29440.00. Second advance of USD 5504.00.
