Comment for Sold Inferior Product, Not Legitimate Manufacturer

My client had ordered 20MT of Glacial Acrylic Acid from this company. Initial sample tests before shipment confirmed the integrity of the product ordered. When the shipment arrived in NY and transported to PA warehouse, the 20mt ISO tank was filled with 80% water. We had some correspondence with this company and they expressed they would correct the problem. Over several months, we stated getting no reply from their sales rep Chloe. We actually fly to China in the last week of October and met with Chloe and her boss. We found out that they are not a factory, do not have a factory and made no attempt to correct the situation while there in China. They completely stalled on everything we presented. We had lab reports verifying that their chemical was not to specification. They continue to not communicate. We are currently working with the Ministry of Trade and Commerce to investigate. This company is basically a paper company that is exporting bad product. Please warn the Trade Key community to not do business with this company.
