Evaluation for Agreement Signed, changed terms

Had agreed on terms, documents all signed with supplier.
Qingdao Dongyi changed the terms at the last minute. They wait until you have no time to find another supplier then they ask for more money in advance.
Went to visit office, company had moved from current address. Repeated calls after that was not answered.
