Critique for they do not deliver

I placed an order and sent a money wire transfer on Feb 03 2009.
I have not had a response from them.
The delivery date was supposed to be March 24, 2009 and on that date they told me it would be "the end of the month".
It is now the 18th of April and they will not answer my emails.

I did but she never answered to tell me what stock was available. That was in February, The customer I had bought from another supplier.
