Feedback for Never sent product

The seller claims he did not send the products, because he never reciev ed the paypal funds. Paypal says he recieved the funds and also removed them from his paypal account. Seller has refused to return emails since. Seller owes me $80.00 and unless I get it, I am telling the other 25 members in my market that do work with tradekey, to switch to the two other asian suppliers I use. WIll be waiting for my money from someone.
Here is his email claiming that he didn't recieve the money.
