I found the supplier on your website, sent a question about buying his product pricing and our email conversations led to several phone calls about purchasing from his company. After feeling comfortable with making a sample purchase, I was instructed to send funds through Western Union, email them the MTCN #, and my item would be shipped by UPS in the morning. I made the transaction and emailed the MTCN#. The following day the supplier emailed me an EMS tracking number (EE396724047CN). I checked the tracking number to make sure the item was shipped, but it never was able to confirm that my item was shipped. The supplier emailed me a response, stating that EMS takes long and that I will be able to confirm that it was shipped in a day or so. I asked why he shipped EMS and not UPS, and he responded saying that UPS was closed so he shipped using EMS. After that message, I have not received any correspondence from the supplier, after many attempts to communicate with him. It has now been over a week and I still have yet to receive my purchased item or any communication. The company is a fraud. -Attach all records of communication (e.g. , telephone, fax, personal visits, etc.) and copies of payment receipts (e.g. Western Union, Bank Wire Transfers, Credit Card receipts) · Western Union receipts · Email transcripts Please assist me with this claim. I would say this is not a company you want to do business with. Their dealings are shady and very, very unprofessional. I placed an order for Ipad 2, and company personnel, Sibler (Legal name Xingzhen Fan), and Elena agreed that I pay 50% of cost. I did, but I had to wait two days to get a tracking number. Finally, I found out it was a fake tracking number. I did not receive goods; I did not get money back. These company personnel have also would not answer my phone calls, they would not return my skype and MSN messages. Whenever I see them online, they sign out. Think twice before you do business with these CROOKS. Do not end up like me. Thank you.

I dont have any proof of Fraud as I was luckly in time to stop myself from purchasing from this member. This guy or girl whoever they are, is operating multiple tradekey accounts. in other words a big scam artist! I know people who have unfortunitly fallen victim to this scamer, Sebastian Sibler is the name he goes by, But i was doing research on a tradekey member who goes by the name of Amy Lee, And theres nothing but bad comments about how she or him ripped following members off, In saying that I asked Amy Lee to Supply me with her tradekey Details, What i Got back was sebastian siblers tradekey link... A SCAM ARTIST, this guy or gal knows what there doing, they have an almost bullet proof plan, help me put a stop to this FRAUD. I hope i got my word out before any even thought of purchasing from these people, Theres is probably other multiple accounts that he or she is opperating so be careful.

Hi, This Company has not sentme the shipping. I paid a week ago and receive an EMS tracking number but it still says it has no information about this tracking number, I think is a fake one. I have called the supplier but the message is that the number is not active. Before this I talked to him by phone at the same phone number that is not active at the moment. Regards.
