Good Day --
I have been trying to get merchandise or refund of $8,800 since November of 2009. I have been dealing with their sales manager Gavin. I was promised a full refund to have been made on February 10, 2010, which has not yet occurred.
I have attached minimum of the communications as program would not accept larger file. If you require, please let me know.
If you have any recommendations to assist with recovery, I would greatly appreciate. This is the last money my parents and I had and are facing a huge financial hardship because of their theft.

I was in contact with this PROFESSIONAL TRADING CO.,LTD supplier from late January to early February. Early February I placed an order with this supplier and paid through western union. The sales manager was a person named GAVIN.
The Western Union dollars were sent on February 3rd and additional on February 4th to..

I was given a shipping number EE328436615CN. I keep checking the tracking number and there is no information on shipment. The last communications I had with the supplier was on February 8th through email. I have since tried to email and now I just get an email error message when I send to the same email address. I’m in US and the supplier is in China. Please help I sent $841 USD and another $91.81 USD for shipping. I'm praying that I have not been scammed I can't afford this!

Stay Away! This company is a scam. I paid this company back on 12/4/09 1727.00 for products immediately. I have gotten the run around so many times and now email aren't even being responded to. This deal will not be over until my money is returned. I can verify all information given is accurate information. It has been an awful experience. They have my money and I have nothing. Money has been promised in return, but it has been nothing but lies. For your own good, do not do business with this company or you are setting yourself for bad business. I have been dealing with Gavin on this deal. I have all copies of where and when the money was sent and copies of every email to verify information.
