Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Ordered 5 iPhones 4S 64GB from this company sent $1,000 via western union and they picked up the funds on December 23, 2011 and they never sent the iPhones. They keep telling me each week they will have the tracking number to me and I never get it. See enclosed emails.
They also said in there email that if I report them it will only delay the process of getting me my phones. See enclosed emails.
Watch out THEY ARE A FRAUD...DON\\\'T ORDER FROM THEM.

DID NOT RECEIVE IPHONE - I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 200 ON TOP OF THE 200 AS MY PHONE HAD BEEN STOPPED BY CUSTOMS - THEN NO CONTACT

First i was looking for usb:s so i did send for a price list while doing so you could also ask for \\\"Send me quotations from other suppliers of same product \\\" so i hade that one also checked in, and so i was contacted by them (Direct Wholesale Asia) they link med their tradekey page (3years gold member and 5000points) and i saw they sold iphone 4s, so i did then change from usb to iphone 4s as you can sen inte the communication record i also attached, and they also did send something they called business license but i cant Chinese at all, anyway i did not get what i wanted so i did ask why and then they want 300 more dollar for the customs fee. i will also send their business license. so i hope for your help now.

The help on return of my money is necessary to me!
I love your shop. But it is very insulting that among yours GOLDKEY sellers there are FRAUD (swindlers).
If you can\\\'t help that I will be compelled to address in police of Hong Kong.
It seems that this swindler should be removed from your site that he didn\\\'t deceive other people.
