Hello Dear, We met PackYours Trading Co., Ltd. thru Trade Key in March 30th 2009 and replied to each other for one and a half months, getting accuainted with the company and their merchandise, we always dealt with Anna Chen (CEO), (all via gmail) before making our first order of 57 items, all "original" electronic devices (see attached order), on May 15th and also sent our funds ($2475.00) via wire transfer, which was not received until June 1st, for other reasons, (until this point their customer support was excellent). After receiving the funds they sent our tracking #, but what arrived was only 4 "imitation" I- phones which were never ordered by us. At first they apologied (June 10th) and said they´re going to find out what happenned and let us know, but NO ANSWER, we have even called by phone (using the phone #´s given by them) and spoke supposely with Anna´s husband, but Anna wont return our calls. We finally sent a gmail on June 16th terminating the relations and asking for our funds back (see attached gmail), but also with NO ANSWER. These people took 550 USD from me for some game consoles and The sent me a pair of fake nikes? Do not do business with these people!!!!!!!

May 21, 2009 To Whom It May Concern: I was first contacted bye Anna Chen of PackYours Trading Co.,Ltd on 4/24/09. On 4/28/09 we placed a order with Anna Chen for the shipment of one Nintendo Wii, two Nintendo DSi’s, one 16gb Apple Ipod Touch and one 32gb Apple Ipod Touch. We sent her $255 USD via Western Union on 4/30/09(attached in Email). The package was then arrived at my home on 5/12/09 at 11:36am. I opened the package to find that all that I had received was a pair of green and brown Nike shoes (size 10). I then emailed Anna Chen. It has been 10 days and she has yet to fix this problem or refunded my money like she states in the email about her refund. I have tried speaking to Anna Chen about refunding my money for the purchase, or to just send me the right order. When I am able to get a response, she says “‘we’ will get back to you about this issue”. Never stating that she or her ‘company’ can or will refund my money. Last message I had sent Anna was an ‘update’ with a response ‘who are you?’ Now I am more frustrated. Please let me know if there is any other information you need from me. Include with this email, you will find four attachments. 1. Emails- This is a Microsoft Word document of all the emails that Anna Chen and I have sent to each other in regards to this order. 2. Pictures of Products- This is a Microsoft Word document. These are the pictures of the product that I received from Anna Chen. This was delivered on 5/12/09. 3. Yahoo Chat- This is also a Microsoft Word document. This was copied from yahoo chat after Anna Chen left the chat. 4. Western Union Receipt- This is the receipt for the money ($255 USD) that was sent to Anna Chen. You can confirm that by the MTCN number on the receipt and the Emails document. I HAD BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH THIS COMPANY VIA EMAIL. I ORDERED 3 NIENTINDO WII'S WITH 45 GAMES EACH ALONG WITH 6 NINTENDO DSI FOR A TOTAL OF $630 USD. WE PAID THRU WESTERN UNION. THEY GAVE US A TRACKING NUMBER THRU EMS WHICH WE TRACKED. WHEN MY GOODS FINALLY ARRIVED IT WAS ONLY A PAIR OF SHOES. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE SELLER WITH NO SUCCESS. I THOUGHT THAT THIS WAS A GOOD COMPANY SEEING AS THEY HAVE 200 TRUST POINTS. I FEEL COMPLETELY TAKEN AND AM NOT SURE IF I WILL USE ANY COMPANY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN. IS THEIR ANY WAY YOU CAN CONTACT THE SELLER. THIS IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. I WILL SEND THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TOMORROW. EMAILS, WESTERN UNION FORM AND EMAILS. I recently ordered 4 Nintendo DSi and 2 PsP 3003 FIFA09 latest version game consoles from this company.The person dealt with me is Ms Anna Chen,CEO.I mae payment via moneygram $252 plus £15.99 fee charged for transfer the money the reference num is 21957191,she request for Mr YUJI Zheng,she claimedhe is the boss.I produced the ref num and she gave me tracking no EE127689405CN.Yesterday morning I received the small parcel,and opened it,there was 1 old Nintendo Ds lite,the box itself is old n dirty.I emailed her few times n got 1 reply claimed she was amazed because that never happen to them.She claimed she will find out what happen?Since then I didnt hear from her after I emailed her again many times.She is uncontactable called her many times but only bird sounds music.I enclose the invoice,moneygram receipt and relevant pictures.I hope you can help me to get my money or goods back asap.Thank you.My email add [email protected] I tried to attach the invoice but unable to do so,can u give me an email address so I can forward the email sent from Ms Anna Chen at Packyours Trading CO.,?Well some how your browse system not allow me to upload any documents.Please send me an email address so I can email you all documents.I attempted few times to download the image is larger so unable to upload it.Thanks.

I ordered merchandise from this supplier specifically a playstation 3 and a psp. I received a pair of shoes and have not been able to get my merchandise from this supplier. They were paid in full for the merchandise and were given notification that the order was incorrect. they have yet to return my money or send me my merchandise.
