Review for Possible Fraud??

Purchase was made to them on the 16th of this month(April), at which time $525 was Western Union to them, but now after sending them the MTCN number, they have not replied to any of my emails since then that I have been requesting tracking information each day since payment was made on the 16th, & today is already the 22nd. They say that they ship by means of DHL, Or FedEx for faster shipping then EMS mail service, But As I mentioned, I have emailed them numerous times asking for tracking information & have gotten no reply. I can supply emails via fax if needed, showing the purchase conversation. Hopefully their just tied up & been busy, but I would think by now would of at least got an email reply from them, & it's been a few days now since payment was made on the 16th as mentioned. Hope you can help.
