very nice untill they get ur payment and then disappears and dont respond back... gives a fake tracking number

Response for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

After I sent 1000 USD MONEY seller has given lying Track CODE .. Ems .. EE789121284CN ... it turned out later THAT PRODUCT IN THIS CODE Track And for some reason went to the U.S. ... and there was someone .. OBTAINED ON MY SELLER TO LONG resisted and said that he gave LOYAL Track code ... then started SPEAK WHAT ELSE 200USD to send goods DHL (as was agreed to Right) after I sent another 200 USD a couple of days not sent PRODUCT THEN TYPE sent DHL And once again, NOT LOYAL Track code .. 329 1737 050 ... For several days SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY LETTERS ..

Evaluation for Never received merchandise, given fake tracking number

This seller never sent to shipment to me and according to the tracking info, the product never left Beijing. I was dealing with MR. Glenn Chen who kept telling me he shipped the product. After I told him I would be reporting him, he blamed it on EMS being slow. This is terrible that Tradekey doesnt protect their buyers and you should make the companies that post on your site use an escrow or paypal. Also Mr.Chen supplied me with an invoice but for some reason he had me send the western Union in the name of Mingyan Liu. I tired forwarding documents in PDF but they are too big. This is really sad the level of service and that Tradekey allows buyers to be taken advantage of.
