Dear tradekey, my name is Frank Bartels and I the owner of the company called LED-Caps with offices in europe & US. We are producing LED-Caps, which are protected by US and European patent. manufactured only by two companies in China for us. Also the name is registyered as trademark. Now i see on your site my original flyer used without my permission by Ningbo Yesure Plastic Industry Co., LTD. Furthermore they are offering my LED-Caps. These is clearly a copyright and patent infringement and I would like to ask you to take immidiately all used pictures and information of your site. Our lawyers will take immidiate steps against Ningbo Yesure Plastic Industry Co., LTD on Monday to stop them from further action. Thanks in advance Frank Bartels www.led-caps.com
