Order was not done to the specifications. Shrinkage was requested to be up to 5%. Shrinkage of the order that was received by us was over 12%!
Sample was provided according to the specifications (shrinkage was acceptable), but the whole order was done with different technical methodology and accordingly is unusable (shrinkage over 12%).
When we requiested cure of the order at no additional charge from us, Veken refused.
Summation: irresponsible people; can't remedy problems that occur during the production. Unreliable. Bad customer service.
