I would stay away from this company !!!!!! He is Dishonest, Non Responsive, He has caused my company to loose Thousands of Dollars, Many bad promises when he did respond! Not a Good Choice for a Vendor! I have been importing since 1988! This is the Worst Experience Ever ! Below is an e-amil that was sent to Synclair ! Hello Synclair, This is an e-mail from our customer on the last shipment on the shortages to complete an order that has been open since 2019 ! We rec’d the parts in early Feb 2022!! I have been working on getting the shortages made and shipped since August 2020. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, as I have been treated by you and your company !! You would never answer e-mails! You gave me so many bad updates and promises ! We paid for the complete order in 2019 and because of the shortages, we have only rec’d a partial payment from our customer! All 32 parts go into “1” assembly. So, without the exact number of parts, they cannot build a complete assembly! We paid a $2400.00 Dollar tooling charge. It sounds like you failed to use our tolling on this last shipment! Can you replace the parts ? Will you replace the parts ? Or will you just give me the same lip service that I have been getting for going on 3 years. Please Advise How We Can Handle This Problem!! Bends would need re-polished. 1479 None of these tubes were polished/ Not sure if cut correctly. 1480 Inner tubes not cut to print. It would be too costly for us to rework all these parts not knowing what is correct. I don’t think we can do anything with these. Looks like whatever he had setting around he just shipped. Only a few look like they are finished parts. Thanks,
