Opinion for Did Not Rectify QC Issue

Up until this point we were very pleased with this supplier.
HOWEVER, we have now been waiting for 30 days for ADA to provide us a response on how they will correct the following issue...
We purchased 10,000 decorated PET bottles from ADA.
We received bottles that were not good quality. Out of the 10,000 we purchased we received only 2,375 bottles that we usable, the remaining 7,625 were smudged, contaminated with ink, discolored brown/ yellow, or were scratched.
The company has yet to fix the problem. In fact, they have yet to even propose a solution to the problem. Meanwhile we are out several thousand dollars on these poor quality bottles.
