I purchased 16 handbags and 3 were missing in the shipment and 12 of the handbags were not as described or ordered. I asked the seller specific questions prior to ordering and was given false information to get the order. I have requested over 3 times that the missing handbags be shipped or to send my money back and have gotten no response.

This company messed up my order, and wouldn't respond tp my e-mails .They sent me product that i didn't even order! I tried to e-mail them several times and got no response. I was told by them that their # 1 rule is customer satifaction. the way they handled this wasn't good customer service @ all! The quality of there items was suppose to be top qaulity and it was way below that! Be aware if you order from them that you might not get what you ordered. the person that i delt with was janet.

Opinion for Dispute

I have placed four orders with this company and each order has had missing or incorrect items. I have contacted Janet Jiang via email on 3 separate occasions requesting information on how to return merchandise that I did not order and how to receive either a cash refund or the merchandise that the company owes me. I have paid for each shipment by Western Union as requested by the company and now I am being ignored since I am not happy with their services. My email requests have gone unanswered and now I have no way of resolving the issue. I have tried to attach the emails but the web site is now allowing me to do so.
