Evaluation for order incomplete

I received an order on Dec 9 from MySkyTade. The details about the items requested vs. items received are in the email attached. Mr. Xiewii sent ONLY part of the items that we agreed; some items were sent in the wrong size and I received a bunch of other items that I did not asked for. When I tried to get this fix. Mr. Xiewii insisted to asked me for a new order promising a reward for his error. As you can imagine I am really disappointed of his business manners. All what I am asked for is for a fair solution. I like him to send the items missing, the items received in a wrong size and a label return for me send back the items that I received and never asked for as well as the items in the wrong size.
Items missed 15083, 18342, 16250 size 10, chaf#9, 11541 size s
Items wrong size: 16222 should have been size 8 not 10, BVF size 9 not 8, 16472 size 10 not 9.
Items I did not asked for: shoes, one ring, 3 sunglasses more and 1 cap
Hope we can get this solve

I KEEP LEARNING MY LESSON OVER AND OVER. THIS MERCHANT WAS ONE OF THE NICEST I HAVE TALKED TO. BUT WHEN I GOT MY ORDER 3 ITEMS OUT OF 5 WERE NOT THE ONES I ORDERED! AGAIN!! THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE CHECKED THEIR WAREHOUSE AND THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WANT SO YOU PAY AND THEN THEY SEND WHAT THEY WANT TO AND OF COURSE YOU ARE OUT THE MONEY. I THINK I'M AFRAID TO ORDER FROM ANY MERCHANT NOW. THEY SEEM SO TRUST WORTHY AND THEN THEY DON'T SEND WHAT YOU ORDERED. I TOLD HIM IT WASN'T MY ORDER AND HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME ON MY NEXT ORDER AND WANTED ME TO ORDER MORE. I'M AFRAID TO DO THAT AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT. HE THEN TOLD ME HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME AND SEND WHAT I DID ORDER. I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. I E-MAILED HIM AND ASKED FOR MY TRACKING # BUT HE WON'T ANSWER ME. I'M SICK ABOUT THIS AND SO TIRED OF BEING TAKEN. NOW WHAT DO I DO? SHIRL QUINN. P.S. ALI, WHAT IS HAPPENING???
