Response for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I ordered 3 other long blocks and parts in the past with only slow delivery/customs issues on the vendor\\\\\\\'s side. With this last order, a few small parts were shipped to me using my own shipping account, but the other, larger parts, were never shipped. After many excuses and finally a break in contact on the vendor\\\\\\\'s side, I found out that he has done this to other customers. I have included the invoices that were paid for in advance and the final correspondence that was sent to me. I have requested payment receipts as well. A request for the parts or a refund was given to them as an option, but they did not respond.
