Merit Edible Oil(M) SDN-BHD reviews

I would like to report Merit Edible Oil a fraud or theft of the company in Malaysia. I am in Canada and I ordered 200 litres of MCT Oil from Merit Edible Oil on May 7/2014 attached is their invoice and payment according to the invoice. After I had made the payment Merit edible Oil of Lot 50,Jalan Penyair U3/46, Kawasan Perindustrian Temasya,40150 Shah Alam Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. Ph:+60 14 6446 395 stated in an email that they would not send out my order until I had ordered another 200 liters and that they will not return my money. I have several emails if you require further proof.
