Reaction for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Seller was very eager to do business originally. After getting the payment for the iPhone, which was the first order I made with him, I receive a tracking number and was able to track it. I order a second item, iPad, and received a tracking number for this as well. But this time the tracking number was fake. I complained about it and he gave me a story about their customs in China. So he assured me that he would resend it, but this time via DHL Express. The following he sends me the tracking information and tells me the information can be tracked online in 48hours. Now it well over 48hours and the tracking number is fake once again. The last time I chat with seller was the 18th of Oct.. I haven't heard from him since. DHL tracking #1150203884.
Advise, stay away from this seller. Silver member doesn't matter at all, he will still burn you.

I made a payment for $305 for the iphone 4g and what they send me was a black pant, an now they wont respond to my email. the contact name for the seller Yaoyou zhang. i attach the emails and the invoice for the payment.

I had been in touch with this seller about buying a sample Apple iPad 64 GB. I got in touch and finding they accept PayPal i thought it would be a safe transaction. After I paid the money he send me "some" product with a bad address. He said he would get it shipped to me but lately he has not replied my emails, which was the only way we were in touch. I have heard of a story from research on google that this seller sometimes follows the same routine but later sends a product of lesser value like a pair of shorts. I am looking for my money back as PayPal would take too long to process. I paid $295. Guao Zhong is the name the seller went by. I will send copys of the purchases and the conversation.

Evaluation for Received Toy instead of Phone

I ordered two Sprint HTC Evo cell phones from this company and received a small toy wrapped in tons of packaging instead. I paid via paypal to the email address [email protected] $270.00. The paypal transaction id is
(Unique Transaction ID #3P545758BU377610V) and was sent from the pay pal email address [email protected]. I ordered the product on 6/26/2010 and was given a Fedex tracking number and then a DHL tracking number.
Please advise on how I should handle this.

DEFINITE FRAUD SELLER!
This company has previously operated under the name of Jinniuqu Co. I have personnaly dealt with this FRAUD seller before and being ripped $345 off! Tradekey NEEDS to eliminate this threat from their website before others are being ripped off. I have evidence to proof that this seller is a FRAUD. These can be provided upon request.

I had a relationship with this company asked every question and was satified with the answers they took pay pal responded to my every question. I placed an order for phones they were poliet and helpful as soon as i paid they gave me a tracking number checked it for me and every the item was delivered there was a misshap he inverted my adress numbers i went to the post office and instead of phone i got a pair of SHORTS for $1554.00 I have been emailing them with no response is there any recourse i can do can you tell me if this happened with anyone else. Please i need help my customers are relying on me the items are already sold and paid for. With the payment and my selling paypal has restricted my a ccount until i verify that the phones were shipped and received by the customer. No i cant do anything cuz i cant use my money in paypal to purschase from anyone else. Someone please help me
